Having called several large, bustling Metropolises on the globe "home," I am proud to have settled in Chicago now for nearly a decade. My background in Sales served as a well-suited launchpad for my foray in Chicago Real Estate, and the transition has been a natural fit. Having personally relocated internationally (twice), bought, sold, and built my own properties over the years, no one understands better the amount of time, focus, and intuitiveness it takes to search for the perfect home, prep a property to market/sell and get a listing under contract to purchase. As a buyer or seller in Chicago, one can quickly see that navigating the market and establishing a listing presence is a competitive and fast-paced process, requiring strategic timing and analysis, and a whole lot of instinct... which is where I come in! Meeting new clients, establishing connections between buyers and sellers, strategizing the pricing and marketing of a sale, matching clients' property ideals with real time results -- these are the cornerstones of my business, which drive me to produce a steady flow of ideas and outcomes on behalf of my clients. At the end of the day, Real Estate is about thoughtful investing, marketing, and above all, client relationships - there is nothing like the thrill of getting a deal under contract, but I pride myself on the additional reward of holding my clients' hands until the deal is done.
