Josh Kosar

A native Chicagoan and current Oak Park resident, I am a real estate expert with over 20 years of experience in construction, development, property management, and sales. This wholistic knowledge of the real estate industry allows me to educate my clients on the physical, financial, and emotional aspects of a transaction.

Before stepping foot into a property, my knowledge of each of Chicago's unique neighborhoods, architecture, and construction methods help me counsel my clients to understand value through property condition assessments, financial evaluation, and understanding of local real estate trends.

My vast industry skill set gives me the confidence to provide "deal leadership," while empowering my clients with education on quality issues, problem solving, and negotiations. I share the good, the bad, and the ugly in every aspect of the decision-making process. This allows me to coach my clients and make their long term interests my #1 priority, while providing intrinsic value, and unparalleled customer service throughout the process. I hold a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Montana. With a minor in fly fishing and skiing.

I enjoy Chicago's vibrant music and restaurant scenes, but also escaping the City with my wife, son, and dog camping throughout the Midwest, or travelling abroad.
