My focus has always been on relationships: understanding the needs of people, finding the right solutions and partners, and delivering results that benefit everyone involved. The purchase and sale of a property is a team effort. It involves a lender, property inspector, contractors, and real estate attorney - all led by an experienced real estate broker. The broker manages all parties involved, the timeline, negotiations, trouble shooting, and successfully gets everyone to the closing table. Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will make in your lifetime and should not be taken lightly.
My 20 years of sales and marketing experience previously with Daimler Benz, Yahoo! and Lurie Children’s served me well before I even got started in real estate over a decade ago. More importantly, my diverse experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing multi-million dollar deals in high-intensity, time-sensitive industries has been very beneficial for my clients looking to sell a property, purchase an income investment building, or purchase a home in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
There is nothing like the thrill of getting a deal under contract, but I pride myself on a properly paced, transparent, and smooth process from start to finish. I hold my clients' hands until the deal is done, and frequently long after!
When I am not working, I enjoy time with my family: my husband, two teenagers, German Shorthaired Pointer pup, and seven urban chickens. As a family we like to explore everything Chicago has to offer. My kids call it “forced family fun,” but always appreciate the adventures in the end. This includes hiking through the forest preserves, exploring neighborhoods and eating local foods, biking at Big Marsh bike park, canoeing any available body of water, and playing, but being terrible, at pickleball. I have lived in Wicker Park since relocating from Europe 20 years ago. We fell in love with Wicker Park and the surrounding neighborhoods. We bought a brick Victorian that needed some serious love. Over the years, it has become the charming gem of the block! I enjoy all aspects of real estate and have since bought three multi-unit buildings, gut rehabbed them, and lease them as investment properties.
I would be delighted to be your partner in finding the right home in the right neighborhood for you whether it is your first home, your eighth, an investment property, or the development of vacant land. I am a strategic sales and marketer when selling a property to optimize my client’s time, money invested, and to deliver the best possible deal to my clients. You name it, I have done it, marketed it, and bought or sold it.
I look forward to hearing from you and getting the conversation started!
